Prefer multi-unit restaurant operations and/or development experience.
The ability to deliver a superlative customer experience while maintaining a dedication to develop strong ties to the community.
A passion for and dedication to operations excellence.
The ability to create and manage an organization that effectively recruits, trains, retains, and motivates people.
Clear understanding of the markets that you would be developing.
Adequate capitalization to meet your development commitment of one or more MOOYAH Burgers & Fries restaurant.
MOOYAH requires you to have a minimum net worth of approximately $500,000.
And minimum liquid cash of approximately $200,000.

PLANO, Texas — MOOYAH Burgers & Fries has announced the appointment of restaurant industry veteran Alan Hixon to the position of president.
Prior to his newly appointed position, Hixon served as president and COO of Freebirds World Burrito, where he steered the brand from an entrepreneurial start-up concept to regional cult status. He was instrumental in completing the acquisition of the brand in 2007 by Tavistock Restaurants. Hixon serves on the board of the Fast Casual Executive Alliance as vice president.
MOOYAH's menu includes burgers, fries, shakes and soft drinks,
"We are in the process of incorporating a number of branding tweaks that are going to create some serious magic within our restaurants," Hixon said. "From the moment our guests enter the door, their five senses will be overwhelmed with the 'MOOYAH Experience.'"
